What we collect on this site

The minimum needed to run a website. Privacy-respecting page-view analytics, no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking. We don't run third-party advertising scripts. We don't build a list of identifiable visitors.

No account required. No newsletter. No login.

What happens when you click an affiliate link

You leave this site and land on the retailer's. They drop their own cookies and follow their own privacy policy from that point on. We have no visibility into what you buy, what you browse, or what's sitting in your basket.

Amazon tells us, in aggregate, that a click from our site led to a purchase, and pays us a commission. We never see your name, your email, your address, or what you ordered.

Cookies

This site sets only essential cookies needed to display the page. No tracking cookies are set by us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you. The honest answer in nearly every case is "nothing identifiable". If you want to raise a question or make a request, the contact page has the right address.
